1305 TAYLOR

1305 Taylor is our most recent and current project that requires exterior alterations to the balcony structure including slab edge repair. In this project we remove all deteriorated concrete, we drill into the existing concrete and install 10mm rebar dowels that will support the new slab edge, install the forms and pour the new concrete finishing with an anti-slip waterproof membrane to avoid moisture finding its way back inside and the deterioration process to start again.
